Low
density PE range
The
low density polyethylene used for manufacture is either::
- Virgin:
small capacity coloured or translucent sacks
- Recycled:
produced from industrial polyethylene waste (clean manufacturing
offcuts) which, after recycling (remaking), provides a top
quality raw material and produces strong sacks with a smooth
shiny appearance: medium and large capacity sacks.
Use
The use of LDPE is recommended in the following everyday fields:
- Household
type waste or standard items
- Use recommended
for:
. Catering or Hotels
. Landscape gardeners (leaves, weeds, etc)
. Town councils
. Hospitals

Polythene®
The
Polythene® is composed of a mixture of medium density polyethylene
and recycled stretch palletising film.
The
Polythene® is manufactured using a traditional high pressure
process. It is skilfully mixed in order to significantly increase
the stretch and puncture resistance.
The
use of Polythene® is recommended in fields where a high
level of flexibility and a rubbery appearance are required.
Use
- Waste
or lightweight non-sharp items
- Use recommended
for the following types of company:
. Office cleaning (paper, coffee cups, etc)
. Fast food (disposable tableware)
. Hospitals

High
density PE range
The
high density polyethylene is manufactured using a low pressure
process.
Its
main features are its tensile strength and the ability to produce
a very thin sack (8 to 10 µ) which is relatively lightweight.
This minimizes transport and storage costs.
The
raw material used to produce the HDPE is mainly virgin or recycled
(thickness< 25 µ). It gives a stiff sack, which, when
crumpled produces a noise similar to that of paper.
Use
- Particularly
suitable for 5 L, 10 L, 20 L, 30 L,50 L sacks
- Use
recommended for the following types of company:
. Office cleaning (paper, coffee cups, etc)
. Fast food (disposable tableware)
. Hotels
